But the service is good overall. The food is good, but nothing really special about it. But it’s great to try different flavors in the same plate.

Make a reservation and if you don’t and just walk in, make sure to grab drinks as you wait. The sushi was phenomenal and the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We shared all of our dishes and every item we ordered was amazing! Plus the dessert that they made for my birthday looked beautiful and tasted even better

Really, everything that we had was good including the fried shrimp, but the sushi is on another level. For being one of Vancouver's most revered restaurants, Miku isn't particularly flashy and I actually appreciate that about it. This is a must visit for anyone in the area, just be sure to include some sushi in your order.

We did the same pairings with our 7 course meal. It was fun, extremely tasty, and educational. The staff was friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job!

Dinner was wonderful at Miku Waterfront, located next to Canada Place. Service was professional, food was prompt and the flavours were SO amazing I struggled to find words to describe it. The complex fusion of flavours made each dish uniquely exciting with delicious taste profiles that defy description. It was like seeing an action-packed movie, but in my mouth ? In the end, I forgot to bring the gift card-Oops, I guess l'll just have to go again ☺️❤️

So I had to try out although we eat a lot of sushi so it would be a long shot to be the best. We took our daughter for her birthday lunch and when we were seated in some table by the door, I requested to be moved to a booth table facing the water. A much better choice and the place was not full either, probably about 10 tables. The server was very pleasant and reasonably prompt although he was handling a few big tables as well so we had the occasional wait to get his attention. Menu options are good with some interesting choices like the Brussels sprouts chips and garlic spicy edamame. We also got given a scallop treat for her birthday as well as a birthday ? dessert. Food was well presented and fresh and all in all very good. I wouldn’t go as far as saying it was the best I had but it was real good. Vibe is chill and as expected for location it is very pricy. Certainly worth a visit!

The set menu might have small portions but each bite is perfection and the amount of food you get overall was perfect - not too full but very satisfied, and the presentation was perfection. The wait staff was excellent, as well, always there when you needed them but they gave my partner and I space to enjoy our evening without being rushed. Overall couldn't recommend more if you can squeeze it into your budget!

The miso soup and the appetizers were amazing— flavorful, shrimp was cooked perfectly and breading was light and crisp. The sushi is even better— everything was perfectly balanced. All the tastes were spot-on, textures were on-point and everything was just perfect! The sea urchin was a huge hit for us. The “Premium” menu option was also one of our favorites. The views are also amazing— seaplane, ocean, boats and mountains. What more could you ask for?? Finally, the service was great! The all took time to chat and guide us through the menu. The servers and workers create a fun environment. They are super quick and super friendly. Overall, amazing! Great restaurant, and highly recommend.
