LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Mike is the most professional, honest, and friendly mechanic. He is very enthusiastic about his work and provides the best service. I went in confused and did not know if my car part was repairable but he fixed it for $30!!!! The lobby/ waiting area is so cozy, clean and he has a ton of pictures and awards on the wall! Never seen that before at a mechanic shop. The workers were all kind, it was cold outside and one of the mechanics took me inside the garage to wait until they took my car out to the front for me. I am so happy with his service. Super quick and efficient. I will definitely be going ONLY to Mike's Auto Repair shop from now on for all my car fixing needs! Thank you Mike and the team!

I have been very impressed with Mike and Mike's Auto Service. I have tried a number of other shops and always had the feeling repairs cost more than they should. I recently posted a note on Nextdoor to ask people in my neighborhood who they recommend for auto repairs. Out of the over 50 replies I received an overwhelming number recommended Mike's. I have taken two vehicles in so far and have been impressed with Mike's excellent service and good sense suggestions each time. A 5-star rating is well deserved and this is now "my place"!.

I dropped my old van to diagnose some issues I couldnt figure out by my own (not a mechanic). I spoke with Mike 3 days prior the visit and agreed for half an hour diagnostic and than phone call. I left very clear note with issues as also all the maintenance that was done to the van in past few years for reference and help in diagnosing the issues. Dropped the vehicle friday morning and never heard anything back. Called around 2pm and they asked to try in few hours. Well I did ask them to give me a call because I dont want to call every our to find out about the car. Call came in at 5:10 pm. Despite shop closes at 6 so I did expect call during the day but managed to rush to get it before they close in 50 mins. Owner pretty much said: I drove it, someone else drove it, third guy drove it and yeah there is some vibration, maybe tires, maybe driveshaft (have you checked driveshaft?) Yeah maybe steering box. Oh and i didnt pay attention to the engine noise (as requested...). When I asked how much time they spend on the car he couldn't clarify, until saying yeah probably an hour. When I asked if they inspected anything, it was really unclear if the car even made to the bay as all the things he listed of good parts, were listed on that piece of paper... yet he said its solid hour, even more but he will charge for an hour. I disagred as I clearly requested contact after 30 mins is done... but nope, nobody ever contacted me about it. - owner got really frustrated, changed the price for agreed 30 min / half an hour, almost throwed the keys and said: dont ever bring your car to me. Mike also said, that this car was in so many different shops and they couldnt find the issue ( wrong, I made a clear statement that I myself replaced lots of parts and despite that I am not a mechanic and seeking professional help to diagnose remaining issues). I didnt even know where my car is as owner just handed the keys. One of the shop workers said its behind the safeway parking lot - IT WAS UNLOCKED... not cool. Owner was extremely rude, unprofessional and you bet Mike! - I will never return to your shop and hope people who read that wont neither. And answer to your comment - yes I did argued your full hour charge in house, as you broke the promise of letting me know. You offered to start from 30 mins not me. Are you surprised I did not agreed with full hour charge with diagnostic which DID NOT DIAGNOSE ANYTHING? RATHER THAN READ OUTLOUD MY OBSERVATIONS? You did not even tried to find a problem, and thought I ll be cool with full charge. For what? - for nothing? For your time which did not resulted in anything? No Mike. That's not how it works

This is a local family business that's been around for decades. There was a customer in front of me yesterday who has been going to Mike's for over 50 years. Mike is honest and straightforward (as is his son who also works there). There's been more than one occasion when he steered me to a less expensive or easy DIY fix for something, or did something extra at no charge. Overall, Mike's Auto is fair and reasonable, which is why I keep going back.

Owner seems like a decent guy BUT I'd be cautious coming here. I brought in my vehicle to get my spark plugs changed, oil change and check fluids and received very poor service. I could not drive my vehicle after they had caused more problems and demanded they have a look at it again to see what they had done.

Mike is Great, very very helpful fellow and very friendly. Glad he is our local mechanic, he kindly got our vehicle ready to go for a long road trip and did so in a timely and professional manner.

Had my vehicle serviced here. I asked for my fluids to be checked. That wasn't done. I had my spark plugs changed and the mechanic put in a used spark plug. I drove less than a mile and my vehicle was worse than when I brought it in. If you have to get someone to recheck the work that was done, it's not worth it. Do better guys.

Extremely quick and amazing service. Best rates I've come across. Their knowledge is awesome. Will most certainly be back. I'd much rather take our SUV to Mike's instead of the dealer. Very trust worthy!!
