Mike was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and made sure that we were involved throughout the whole process.

People tell us that it usually takes between 3-5 years to sell an acreage, but Mike sold ours in 6 weeks (after we had tried to sell it ourselves all fall). Mike was always completely professional, cheerful, diligent, and knowledgeable. He never wavered in his calm and helpful demeanour, despite the 5 amendments that our purchasers needed to seal the deal. We are now happily ensconced in our new home in Edmonton, and we give tremendous thanks to Mike for his fine work and incredible efficiency.
