★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendra has been so helpful and positive throughout our house-buying process. We bought a house through her, from out of town, in the midst of a global pandemic. Kendra went across town while it snowed, to open houses, and show us through via FaceTime (while we watched from our home out of province). This meant making special arrangements with the house owners, following health guidelines, and then showing the house using technology instead of in-person. Kendra represented us well in the negotiations and helped us to achieve a good price. She worked hard, was prompt, fluent in online communications, and she saw the deal through. Finally, Kendra followed up with all the needed documents, plus a helpful checklist for homebuyers - very helpful when coming in from another province. Kendra is an excellent real estate agent.
