I was referred to Norm Fisher by a friend, who is a former Saskatoon real estate agent that highly recommended I use Norm for the sale of my revenue property. I am very pleased to say that I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. Norm was professional right from the virtual “Meet and Greet” through to the final sale. Any time I communicated with Norm and Joscelin they responded immediately and explained everything very thoroughly. The sale happened within days, which I was very pleased with and I sold slightly above the listed price. My revenue property was tenant occupied during the sale which isn’t always a simple process, Norm and Joscelin kept in touch and gave the appropriate amount of notice for showings to accommodate the tenants and myself. I would highly recommend Team Fisher and specifically Norm!

But the market was hot and moving fast and Norm moved even faster to ensure we could safely view the properties we liked to make an informed decision.
We felt Norm was invested in our journey with us as well which was appreciated. He offered us sound advice, honesty and most importantly, enthusiasm. His experience in the industry served us well in our purchase.
As this was my third home purchase, I appreciated some of the extra service offerings Norm provided that I hadn’t experienced before including one that organized all of the house showings in a single email as well as a service that helped us track all of the changes needed when moving - address changes, booking movers, packing. Everything you could think of was contained in this app and all organized by times and dates to make planning really easy and remind me of the things I forgot to take care of.
I highly recommend Norm. He knows his stuff, he cares and he is a lot of fun!

We were working with Scott Irwin he is an extremely reliable and very organized. We were set up with a Consultant that came in and DE-cluttered our home and helped us stage it. We were also given tips on what rooms to paint and refresh. This was extremely helpful because it is always good to see it from a different set of eyes. Then they sent in a professional photographer to take pictures of our home for a virtual tour that turned out amazing. Scott guided us through all the processes of selling and buying another house.
