★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team of people at Midtown, ordered our Superstar through them missed checking off washer and dryer, they went to great lengths to have it installed while we were in Penticton, Even paint matched the vent. No pressure sales and great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people to deal with. Had an issue with my motor home and the staff helped me with a solution for it . They only sold me what i needed and gave me options of what would be needed to buy if the 25.00 purchase didn't work. There are busy for sure but i think the reason they are is they are good and trustworthy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just took delivery of a brand new Airstream trailer that I ordered in Sept. 2020. Harvey helped me every step of the way, and all over the phone and email as I live a days drive away! I shopped the other nearby Airstream dealer and Midtown RV offered a much better price. There were no surprise fees and everything that was promised was delivered. I was very impressed by all of the staff including Keith, Drew and, of course, Harvey. All of them are friendly and honest people

Great after sales service too and its no wonder people come all the way from Calgary to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only use the parts department here - and Dennis is my 'main guy' - and always very friendly and helpful with competitive prices. The other parts department folks don't have quite the same experience, but always go the extra mile to get you sorted out. I can't speak to their RV sales as I am not a client for that at this time.

Service desk (Randi) is positive and gives great customer service. It was awesome to have the service technician come out and meet with us to explain the work he did.
