★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. The nurse should be ashamed!! All I wanted was a physical and an IUD. I am in my mid 30s. After many tests which showed I was healthy and asking monthly to get the IUD done from day 1 in May, by Aug, I still didn't have one. She kept making excuses why she wouldn't do it. Then she wouldn't do it unless it's when she wanted and the one she wanted me to get?! She also refused to sign paperwork for me to get one somewhere else. I took my medical records that day to a MALE walk in doctor who used to do IUDs and he signed a referral to a private clinic. I had the one I wanted done 3 days later! Its now October, I have had 2 different ultrasound clinics and a specialist calling me to this day saying I have an appointment I don't need booked by these people...

I've been seeing nurse Melissa for a couple of months now and she is really nice and caring, she gives you the time to explain your concerns and listens.
The staff is really nice too, I'm very happy I found this place.
