A	Angela sager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modnapore Lake is well maintained, beautiful landscaping and many options for things to do including tennis, giant chess, firepit, picnic tables to reserve, volleyball net, paddle boards, peddle boats Sandy beach, park, waterfall, and floating slide in the middle of the water. It is also a great place in the winter with ice skating, tobogganing on the big hill etc..

Two large playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, chess, boats, you name it. In the winter it transforms into multiple ice rinks and a huge toboggan hill and they have a large fireplace outside
I	Ignacio Ottati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the few lake communities in Calgary, more specifically, this is one of the older Lake communities in Calgary. The lake is on the smaller size when you compare it to Auburn Bay or Mahogany, but it is quite nice. The green area is beautiful, and it also has nice amenities such as, tennis courts, ping pong a tables, and a multiuse court.
K	K S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of families, fun and healthy environment. You can do different water activities in the lake with the rental equipments the lake offices have. Great for having a picnic type of day. I didn't see any lifeguards on duty.

Like 3 schools at least, a mall, tons of restaurants, gas stations, liquor stores, literally everything you need is in the community. Even dentists, Dr's, chiro, etc. Then there is fish Creek backing onto the neighbourhood too. It's awesome.
