★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Paul to inspect a town home in Airdrie I was in the process of buying. This man is a fountain of knowledge. I have never met a more thorough and honest Home Inspector as is Paul, and I've met quite a few. Paul checked that house from top to bottom, inside and out. The thermal imaging is amazing on picking up issues that the human eye can't see, no home inspection should be done without it. I'm waiting to hear from the condo board and home owners about the issues you detected today, so not sure if I am going to go through with the purchase. Paul, you are an absolute gem and if you wish, you have my permission to give my name and number to prospective clients of yours.
