They were the only company in Canada that I could find who had the part in stock - others suppliers were giving me lead times of 8-12 weeks. It also happened to be the lowest price I could find, which was a bonus. Their staff (Steve) was courteous and answered all of my questions. They shipped the part from Montreal, QC that afternoon, and it arrived at my door in Aurora, ON the next day. Overall, it was a fantastic customer experience, and I will make sure to call them first next time I need an appliance part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to get the part for a specific model of washing machine, which I gave them. They told me they had found the part and I should come in to get it. Turns out that they were only guessing that the parts would match, they didn't actually check but they lied and said it was the same product. Come to find out that not only is it the wrong product, but they have a no returns policy so I wouldn't have been able to get my money back if I had bought the part. The only saving grace is the cashier seemed to feel guilty and warned me about trusting his own company too quickly. In the future I wouldn't shop here again.
