★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellente école de karate. Sensei François est formidable pour enseigner à tous niveaux notamment aux enfants - il sait leur inculquer la discipline avec une approche qui est à la fois ludique.
Nous avons quatre enfants qui sont maintenant passionnés de karaté, font trois séances par semaine et ne veulent jamais en manquer une!
Excellent karate school. Sensei François is great at teaching at all levels, especially children - he knows how to instill discipline in them with an approach that is both fun.
We have four children who are now passionate about karate, do three sessions a week and never want to miss one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensei François a un talent inné pour enseigner aux enfants de tout âge et il est tout aussi talentueux pour enseigner aux adultes. J'y vais avec mes 3 enfants (4,11 et 13 ans) de 2 à 3 fois semaine, si on le pouvait on en prendrait encore plus. On y apprend autant la rigueur technique que le plaisir de s'entraîner en communauté, chacun à son rythme. La formule de cour en groupe mixte permet de travailler entre débutants ainsi qu'avec des élèves plus avancés: c'est excellent pour notre formation globale.
Sensei Francois has an innate talent for teaching children of all ages and he is equally talented for teaching adults. I go with my 3 children (4,11 and 13 years old) 2 to 3 times a week, if we could we would take even more. You learn both technical rigor and the pleasure of training in the community, each at their own pace. The mixed group course formula allows you to work with beginners as well as with more advanced students: this is excellent for our overall training.
