The chap at the desk was very helpful, explained their recommendations, answered all my questions and didn't push me when I decided to leave some of the recommended items for a later date. Oil change done in 45mins. All in all, a very positive experience!

I would of avoid this location. I’ve been here twice and it’s been the same appointment or no appointment your are not their priority. Location is in a very busy spot and not easily to get to especially in the afternoon. The customer service is just not there , you are seen as more of an inconvenience then a customer. Sunny’s is very close by and so is mr lube.

So, when my Ford dealer told my wife that she needed 1600 dollar worth of brakes on our Escape, I went to Nick to see about a better price. My brakes were not worn. My brakes were virtually new. There was no need for any brakes. The photographs taken to the Ford Dealer were rather embarrassing to the technician team who were in the process of emptying my wife's wallet. What did they do? They replaced ALL the brakes and rotors at no cost, they detailed the car, delivered it to my door and pleaded that we not report this to anyone. So, go to Nick. He's honest. Stay away from Ford Dealers.

Very poor customer service. I Was a costumer for years but have not been in a year because our recent car purchase came with 1 year maintenance. I went back with a flat tire asking for help. It took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. They said they were fully booked and could only book me in 10 days… for a flat…. The gold mechanic looking weird on the sign is a good description of this business model. Give me your money I will treat you like a peasant.

Fast, friendly service and honest. I took my car here because of a crack in the exhaust pipe after my regular mechanic recomended taking it to a muffler shop. Sitting further down the Danforth I got a call from Midas outlining what needed to be done. I said I'd be right down and didn't give the go ahead to start the work yet. When I got to Midas, I was told the technician had started the work in error without my approval and had already cut out the exhaust pipe. They were transparent about it, showed me what was done, said they would cover the cost for parts and only charged me labour. They were up front and honest and for this reason I will gladly come back here again.

Everyone at this location was very professional and pleasant to deal with. They checked out my car and let me know while they couldn’t get the part on the weekend that it could be available first thing during the week. Their service was quick and efficient and my car is back to being in great shape thanks to them. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable mechanic.

It's not often that car repair leads to a positive experience. But my dealings with this Midas location were professional, friendly and fair. Nick gave me clear explanations about what work needed to be done, when they could do it, and what it would cost. I was in and out of the shop quickly and the work was completed on time and at the quoted price. I'll bring my car here next time it needs service.
