โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately my experience has only been negative. My Dr is cold, disinterested, uncompassionate, and generally clueless, who is also perfectly fine with her patients with severe degenerative conditions living in constant pain, and declining health, as she is too lazy/doesn't care to research proper pain care protocol, and refuses to prescribe medication that would help without giving a reason.
On top of that, they refuse to allow patients to change physicians within the practice so that they may meet another Dr that has more personality and knowledge than a slab of tofu.
The staff is constantly confused, losing referrals, or no one knowing what's going on.
Do not waste your time at this facility if you have anything more than a common cold to treat.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't get it, people here mention the on line contact system doesn't work. Since it became active, I've never had a problem getting an on-line response from my doctor, even through this pandemic, even when it's not an emergency! Best doctor ever!

โ โ โ โ โ I've been going here for the last 6 years and feel very lucky to be a patient of the South East Family Health Team with Dr. Aaron Harris as my doctor. Dr. Harris is kind, understanding, and respectful, and I have found all the other staff I've met to be the same. I also really appreciate having so many other services available in the same building, from Pharmacy to xray to lab work. Yes, there can often be long wait times on the phone, but they are working on that, and the new online Patient Portal system makes it much easier to make or cancel an appointment, and/or to communicate with clinic staff.

โ โ โ โ โ I see Dr.Sam Tirkos and he is the very best dr. He listens and takes care of you. Any issue or concern he is there to help. Even when he is 100% sure nothing is wrong he still will send you for test to make sure 200-% and thatโs why I love him. He makes sure your health is his first priority. I recommend him 100/100

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve had nothing but great experiences with SEFHT Danforth and my doctor is better than A+, Dr. Lockyer, I am extremely lucky to be under her care. Yes, a couple years ago the office had a terrible phone system which accounts for most of the negative reviews, however, there has been many changes since. They are constantly making changes for improvements, the teams work well together and the staff is pretty great. Iโm a chronically ill patient, which means I keep them busy and am in the office once a month if Iโm well, more if I am not. I have always felt I am in good care and that has never been compromised. There is a strong community feel and they are always putting patients and care in the forefront. I would highly recommend SEFHT for you and your family.

โ โ โ โ โ Really difficult to get someone to answer the phone. Says on their website that they open at 9am on Saturdays and to call to make an appointment. One location says it's closed while it's listed open so the phone just hangs up on you and the other location just rings and rings and then also hangs up on you. I have been trying for nearly 30 minutes with no luck and this is supposed to be for urgent care. My only issue here is not being able to get through and that's frustrating.

Pap that was irregular, and she said that nothing should be wrong. She didnโt send me to see a specialist. I went in again with a different doctor, and she recommended me to see a specialist. I ended up with pre cancer cells in the cervix. Needless to say itโs a hit and miss there. Iโm just glad there was another doctor who paid attention to my medical needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Phenomenal doctors BUT their phone/reception staff are rude, unprofessional and unreachable.
1) To my parents in a very condescending manner and myself with a suspicion. I have literally no clue why they treat us in the way they do but reading through the other reviews here I guess I'm not alone
2) While a lunch break should be around 12pm, there is no telling whether they pick up anytime from 11am-1pm and sometimes even 2pm. It is absolutely absurd.
Really hope the doctors work with the team to either better this or work with different people entirely.
