From oil changes to engine repair, they have always been straightforward and honest about diagnoses and the urgency of the work. The fact that they include photographs with quotation is awesome. It really helps make it apparent what needs to be done. They are quick when necessary, but will not rush important work. My 8 year old Jeep is starting to experience standard wear and tear issues and they are my go-to for getting things fixed quickly and properly.
K	Kevin Bunting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never been to a Midas and never will, again! Customer service was smug when I walked in to have a small leak in my tire repaired. I was told to bring in my vehicle after the weekend, in which I made an appointment. I wasn’t feeling a warm, welcoming attitude but decided to make the appointment since I was already there and it’s close to my house. Upon leaving I asked the guys in the shop if they could put some air in my tire to carry me over the weekend until I brought my vehicle in. They turned to the same person lacking in customer service and she told them there would be a charge for doing so. I was shocked in disbelief that they wanted $16.99 to put a small amount of air in my tire, even though I already made an appointment to have it fixed. Unreal! Charging me money for a bit of air to tie me over until my repair? I canceled my appointment and will never visit a Midas again in my life. I ended up spending $2 topping up my own tire and made an appointment somewhere else. Terrible customer service, and as for your front line employee…. she needs to take a lesson on friendliness and customer engagement.
S	Sonya B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car inspection had expired by 2 days (36 days expiry which I didn’t know at the time) and they wouldn’t update the paperwork nor offer me a discounted rate to get it updated. The cost to do an inspection is $270.
M	Marky Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in at 10am on a Saturday morning to inquire about a slow-leak tire repair. Appointment scheduled for 12pm to assess the tire & work. Home by 1:30pm!! Now if that’s not excellent, quality customer service, I don’t know what is!! The entire staff was complete delight. If you have to take your car in for service, I highly recommend Midas. After taking it to a trusted mechanic I was told that it would be a fifth of the original quoted cost and that it wasn't anything urgently needing repair. Never going to a Midas again.

Complete waste of time. Why should I schedule an appointment if you aren't ready to take the car? Dont use this midas location. 796 bathurst.
