★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost my lock nut and mad at me for calling them to search for it. Very rude front desk guy. They dont know how to do business. Now i have to destroy the lock nut to be able to get it out. Please dont come here. December 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had a very positive experience a couple months ago and decided we would use them again for an oil change as well tire repairs. However this time when went in, the staff person was rude and very disrespectful towards my wife. Also, despite multiple signs saying masks are required, the staff person was not wearing a mask when we dropped off the car and when we picked it up. This is in violation of the public health guidelines and puts people at risk. Despite having a good experience before, will certainly not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you make an appointment for this location, don’t expect to have your vehicle in the shop anytime close to the scheduled time. I have been to this location twice in 8 days, both morning appt’s…last week took an hour and a half from my appt time to get the vehicle into the shop and a total of 5 1/2 hours for brake service on one axle. Today, it’s been 3 hours since my scheduled appt and the car hasn’t even entered the shop yet! Unless you have an entire day to waste, take your vehicle somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in this morning super upset that my tire was going flat i had purchased my tires elsewhere and just wanted my spare put on. The manager is super friendly and helpful. Put my spare on for free and gave me suggestions on what to do next. Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darrell saved my entire day and weekend. I was waiting and waiting on a tow truck to get my car into the shop and my car didn't get there until 15 minutes before closing and he still agreed to help me out because he knew my car would have to sit for a few days. I always appreciate it when people will still go out of their way to help you out in a tough time and realize that things like this happen--and that was Darrell! I will always come back here all because of my positive experience today. He even stayed late to ensure my car was good to go!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in today, and Darrell was very thorough on explaining my concerns with my Honda Civic.
I was experiencing some 'knocking noise' and the work was done professionally and now I don't have it anymore. His mechanics also found that my muffler that was previously installed wasn't installed properly and redid it to properly.
Honest and explained everything professionally, will return if I have any more issues in the future.
