I didn't feel like doing my oil change in the cold this time, and I was recommended this place by word of mouth saying they'd only ever heard good things about this place. Frank and the lovelies there not only changed my oil but also put in a new filter as an extra bonus. These guys truly take care of their customers, and I appreciate their attitudes as well as information, Frank suggested a quick and easy fix for the leak, and I'll be trying that out as soon as it's warm enough!!!! P.S. I'll be using this place next time I need an oil change and it's freezing outside!!!!!

Frank was extremely helpful and answered my dumb car questions with utmost patience and in great detail. It was clear Bryce, the mechanic, really loved and cared about the work he was doing and the usual anxieties I have about the quality of vehicle maintenance became nonexistent. Thank you for the positive experience! Will 100% be back ??

They got me in 2 days after I called to book an appointment which was very helpful. They had great communication with me after I dropped my car off. They explained the problem to me and the best way to fix it. I highly recommend Midas to everyone.

Fast and friendly service. Jay was constantly updating me on their timeline and any issues that came up during the repair process. My new place to go, where I know the costs and things are done right. I completely trust them. My vehicle works awesome now, thanks to them. Excellent service. Go see them! You'll be glad you did!??

He went through the report of my car and made sure I was aware of any issues needing to be looked at. Very friendly and incredible service!

I just needed a break pad change and random search to find these guys close by and called in.. Frank, the guy on the phone was very nice and welcoming so I went in.. AMAZING customer service starting from the moment you walk in the door till you leave! Highly knowledgeable and they don't pressure you to get anything done till you are comfortable. Frank has great communication skills and good sense of humor ? Yesterday I got all 4 tires put in as well and Bryce, another great personal delivered great friendly service. M	Madison Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank and Jay are remarkable people. I booked an appointment for only an oil change, found out my car needed much more. My tires were bald and splitting and I had no idea…They let me know with such genuine concern for my safety that it was extremely unsafe. Frank kept me calm while I was kind of freaking out, but he found me the best tires for the best price. I was lucky they found 4 tires I needed locally, and they were installed the next day! They told me I have options with Fairstone Credit (which was a blessing) I so I could have the help that I needed to pay for this unexpected expense. Jay took great care of my car and pointed out things that will need to be replaced or fixed in the future, he worked out a quote for me and we will plan for the ongoing future. I was happy knowing he owns an Audi himself and I’m satisfied my car is in the right hands. All in all they were extremely kind from the beginning to end, going through every question and concern I had and answered with expert knowledge. Being a young single woman going into a shop can be intimidating but they made me feel comfortable at the shop, like it was not just a business transaction, but I mattered as a client. I had such a positive experience here that I will tell everyone about it! Also, I went to this location because I read such great google reviews on this shop!!
