★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't play many video games in general, so purchasing games at full retail price isn't really appealing to me so I'm always looking for a better deal somewhere. I've found microplay to be a very reliable place to go to get good deals.
Pros: extremely friendly with great knowledge and customer service, super wide variety, fair prices, and it smells like pizza.
Cons: very small and crouded by shelves (but understandable for such a small store with such a large mass of inventory) which makes it difficult to search for things, can be a little dirty feeling (but definitely not gross enough to bother)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is by far the best store for all your gaming needs. The owner Chris and his staff are very helpful and friendly. Great selection on games, accessories, and collectables. I would definitely recommend dealing with this Microplay location over the big box stores. 10/10

Friendly staff, great prices and an excellent inventory. Has a surprising amount more beyond digital games too, from TCGs to board games, stuffies and other collectibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to two employees over the phone regarding a discrepancy of a game’s description (which I was interested in), on their website. After I provided constructive feedback, they interpreted my phone mannerisms as harassment and hung up the phone on me abruptly. My tone was non-threatening and I was considering purchasing the collectors version of the game (more expensive). The interesting part, now the collectors edition apparently is ‘out of stock’, minutes after this interaction transpired. Coincidence? I think the owner may need to reconsider who they hire. Very unprofessional and rude. I’m glad I didn’t step into this store. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, unless you like overly sensitive, rude, accusatory employees.
