★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so frustrating that the hours of operations posted online are always wrong. I have made several comments about this to the staff since they have opened but nobody seems to be bothered that they do not advertise the right times.

That's as far as it goes however.
Lots of overpriced crafting and empty shelves if your looking to be a side gig crafter or gifter then keep looking.

Also they always have sales on so many types of merchandise so it's worth a browse!
The McPhillips location is so organized and pleasant to walk through - great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Michael’s today - Maria, who was at the till with one other worker decided to answer the phone that just rang. There were 5 customers in-line already to purchase items before the phone rang. She was on the phone for 3 minutes and the line didn’t move at all during that time. She served the next person. She then radioed in to tell other workers to assist bc there were 4 people in line. Maria was not friendly at all. I’m hoping that it’s not common to answer the phone before serving paying customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was looking for some clothes and decided to walk in here. The place was full of art and craft things for kids and adults.
I was thinking to myself how my daughter would be lost in here cos of all the lovely things they have. She loves arts and craft.
They have even small tiny things for arts and crafts. Very good place if you want to keep your kids away from screen time and build their interest in arts and craft.
