★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Every time I ordered through UberEats, they wouldn't confirm my order even though it shows on the app as open. They take like 5-10 minutes to answer their phone and when I ask them to confirm my order they simply refuse and turn off UberEats. I understand that it can be busy at times but it doesn't excuse the lack of customer service and simply adjusting store hours on the ordering app so customers don't waste time picking what they want just for it to not get confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered in person at the Seafood City food court. Staff were very friendly. Got the Meat Platter for a family of four and everyone loved it, even picky kids. The chicken seasoning is amazing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Best grilled foods and best value for money. Very clean and they have enough staffing all the time. If they have sinigang in menu and you are dining in, you can ask for complimentary sabaw on side. They have bento like breakfast silog. Lot to choose from.
