Michael A Smith Duct Cleaning

We called Michael's team to help with a growing water stain/damp spot that was likely caused by poor dryer duct ventilation. Michael's team was extremely professional and courteous and took the time to explain everything with clarity and patience. Highly recommended! Anyone would be worried by potential water damage but his team left us feeling reassured and confident!

I cannot say enough great things about Michael and his service!! He cleaned our dryer duct and vent today and it's working again. I was so impressed by his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. He educated me about prevention and maintenance. He even shortened the duct so it was an ideal length. We had a problem with a leaking dryer vent. Not only did he figure out the problem quickly, he fixed it right away and let me know how it can stay fixed. He gave me lots of information about all of the options and why the problem happened. He was on time, prepared, super knowledgeable, and so helpful. Our laundry is working perfectly now and we will definitely call again if we have any trouble in the future.

Michael was brought on to do a vent cleaning at my apartment. As it turns out, I realized he had also done a furnace and duct cleaning over 12 years ago when I lived in a single detached home. What was the same in both experiences was the friendly, on time, professional service provided. I appreciated how Michael offered fantastic tips for maintenance. He even had a printed sheet of tips to keep moisture and lint minimal. I highly recommend Michael and his company. Clearly they have been in business a long time and are doing great things to keep new and old customers happy!

Wow, just had our furnace ducts cleaned by Masduct. I couldn't believe how much dirt and spider webs the crew removed from the system. They did a very complete job, may not be the cheapest company out there, but well worth it for the attention to detail. Loved that they provided B4 and after photos and how I was asked if there was any concern for pets.thanks Liam and Kim

This company has been servicing our rental condo for many years; annual duct cleaning, booster fan service, etc. (amazing work, always). This year when they showed up to service the condo, I asked Michael, who I believe is also the owner of the company, if they also do residential duct cleaning for houses as well, so I ended up having them to do the same service on my house, my neighbor's, as well as my parent's house. First of all, he gave me a very reasonable bundle deal; second, Michael himself stopped by for the service and he spent nearly three hours on the four dryers, going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly in order. He is fantastic, extremely professional; he even pulled the washers out, inspected that nothing is loose, vacuumed underneath everything clean. No rush at all, he took his time to ensure we are 100% happy! What I appreciated the most was that Michael went out of his way to help me swap the location of my washer and dryer at my house, which took an additional hour, easily! He even changed the flexible ducting for me with a brand new longer pipe, so that it can reach the new location of the dryer. He went back to his truck to bring an air lift system, so that he does not scratch the floor moving the heavy washing machine; very professional, very clean, amazing work... At the end, I asked him to please invoice me for the additional time he spent on swapping the machines, but he refused to do so, not even for the materials he threw in for me. I figured that it is part of his kind and caring personality, which means a lot to me, much more than the monitory part. He could have easily said "it is not possible to swap them" or "it would be difficult", but instead he offered to help me do it, which I assumed to be at cost, but apparently not; he just wanted to be helpful... Thus, I decided to leave him a well deserved good review instead; I believe great attitudes would deserve to be appreciated...
