C	Chloe Krolak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique. Vivian and Ella are so sweet and accommodating. Not for one moment did I feel rushed or pressured. They gave great feedback and advice but also a lot of space to deliberate and decide. I was very torn between 2 dresses and had an emotional moment with the dress that fulfilled that innocent little girl bridal vision, but ultimately it was not the dress I knew I wanted to spend my wedding day IN. So I took a moment and left for a half hour to clear my head. They were very understanding and encouraging to take my time. I came back in 30 minutes and bought THE dress and got genuine hugs from Ella. Go to this place and enjoy the experience. You will not regret it!!

Since many of the dresses have photos online, I came prepared and noted down the item number of the dresses I wanted to see in person and try on. Vivian was incredibly helpful and made suggestions for dresses that were no longer available, and other dresses based on the style I was looking for. This made the process comfortable, efficient, and safe during COVID. When I came back to Mia Boutique to try on and pick up the dress I ordered with my customizations (5 months later, earlier than expected as per the conservative timeline they provided), Vivian again was so accommodating and friendly. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they were also helpful to my mom who was browsing Mother of the Bride dresses. Thank you so much, Vivian and Ella, for the positive experience!
K	Katie Stocks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this shop at all costs! I ordered a bridesmaids dress from here and it all went terribly wrong! I tried on the dress in store which fit me perfectly and thought I ordered the exact same size but to my horror the dress I received on Friday is the wrong size! The shop assistant DID NOT take my measurements. The shop are adamant that both dresses are the same size even though an employee of the shop admitted in an email that they’re different measurements of the dress in store to the dress I received. Mia boutique have handled this so poorly and said my only option would be to return the dress and submit a claim to the manufacturer but that would mean I have NO DRESS to wear at the wedding (which is happening in less than 2 weeks time). So I then had to find an independent seamstress myself to rectify their mistakes very promptly. I think this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they’ve not even apologised to me for it.

The boutique is intimate, clean and wonderful. They save it just for you - it was such a special moment with my mom, mom in law and Maid of Honour! I highly recommend Mia Boutique. Their prices were great too and the dresses are stunning, all different silhouettes and styles so you can get a really good idea of what you like and do not like. We will be back for bridesmaid dresses!

She had such a nice time trying on dresses. There was no pressure and I loved how everyone helping us gave their honest opinion on the dresses they liked best. We weren't rushed in any way and I thought the prices were very reasonable too. We found a beautiful dress for Grad but more importantly we have a great memory we can always look back on at how much fun we had finding the perfect dress!

She knew exactly what to do and took our feedback well during the pinning process! —— In November, after a stressful situation with another bridal shop, I booked a consultation appointment at Mia Boutique via their website. Vivian was the perfect bridal stylist for me! She was patient and didn't pressure me into a different style or higher price range. She quickly found 3-4 dresses that matched my request and provided useful comments about each one. Near the end of my appointment, the owner Ella came in and showed me some fabric samples and different veil lengths. My only complaint is that I wish there was a wider platform to stand on when trying the gowns. They had a stool when I visited in November.

How clean the store is, the collection of dresses, from mother-in-law, mother and bridal, it is absolutely stunning. For every event I have to go, I know I will have the most beautiful dress because I will find at Mia's store.

I got to work with Vivian who was very helpful. It's a good idea to check out their inventory before you come so you can have a better idea of what style you'd like. I wanted a slim fit mermaid cut with an open back. I did not look good in that ?. So we tried on a couple different styles and Vivian found me a dress that flattered my body shape the most. It gave me that 'wow!' feeling. So I said yes to the dress!!! ?
