And I honestly don't understand how respectable companies like Shoppers drug mart do business with them.
I got an email 2 days ago saying my package is out for delivery (a birthday present for a family member) and then nothing!!!
I chat with their support team and they copy and paste what's on their screens, uselsess information than makes absolutely no sense.
So tonight after 2 days of chatting with them tryng to find out where my order is, even trying to call them on their useless phone number that prompts you to email them or leave a voice message, I receive an email telling me that they were unable to deliver my stuff because "customer not availabe" noting that I live in a condo building where a security locker is installed for all of our incoming packages (different from the regular mail boxes). So, I don't even need to be at home for delivery to take place!!!
