★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total RIP OFF took 19lbs of aluminium pop cans, they only paid for 16lbs @ 48cents per pound just $7.20 Find somewhere else to take your scrap, I won't be going back.
The digital read out on YOUR scale was 19.4 lbs, it was Randy the operator that wrote down 16 lbs and calculated the payment, you website states $0.60 per pound for cans = $11.40 I even went back after the unhelpful woman in the front office said too. Your reply and your employees attitude suck. I just hope it helps educate someone else before they come out to your facility. I know that you won't be going into work on Monday to enquire about it, or offer any form of redress to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got 0.15cents per pound of a mainly copper transformer coil. Never going back and would highly suggest going to another scrap place for copper. Picture shows how much copper was on it. Nice people but terrible pricing
