From the start of my payment plan, they were empathetic, considerate and were able to clearly inform me of all options. I appreciated, particularly, help from Tony, who was unbelievably efficient. Great overall experience working with MetCredit.

She was very rude on the phone and inconsiderate as she did not care for what we have to say. I hope that our phone calls were recorded because I would like the higher ups to review our calls to see how bad mannered and impolite this woman is. There is no good customer service, no kindness or compassion from Christy. She did not listen to what we have to say and instead, just rushed us and wanted us to pay or take the consequences. The only time she was mildly kind on the phone was when she was collecting the money that we did not even owe in the first place (Telus' fault). If you have her as an agent, I am so so sorry for that as she is the most insensitive person that I have ever met and I work in healthcare so that says a lot. I hope I never encounter this woman ever again. I have seen so many good google reviews about different agents on metcredit and I hope I could say the same.

Dennis is great- as are all the rest of the folks at MC we have spoke with along the way. He gets back to us promptly, he's collected on accounts we had long since given up on, and is always a happy fella when we speak on the phone. All the staff at MC have also been helpful with helping us understand/use the website, getting all our questions answered and ensuring we get our payments. We strongly recommend MC to other business owners who are having issues on collecting payments too. thanks Dennis and team, you guys are so good to deal with, we are very greatful to you and your work!
J	Jeremy Rozek (AlwaysWatchingMrBeast) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible collection practices jordon byerley called my work. i was busy with a client. wouldnt leave his name or number. continued to call and upset the receptionist. i do not get many breaks throughout the day. but threatening the receptionist and the owner with a bad review. said he would continue to call until he got me on the phone. we have already been in contact through email so why is he contacting me at work.

After 3 months I contacted the customer myself an couple of time and in the end he finally paid. I still had to pay met credit for nothing. Would not use them anymore. It is unfortunate because I really like their system, it’s very clear and you can easily follow your account (but nothing was done)..

After going through a 3.5 year court battle for a divorce and division of debt settlement, Maria worked with me to set up affordable payments until the settlement was completed. At which time I was able to pay it off. Maria was kind and understanding in a time when that was what I needed. Not just another wolf at the door. Thanks.
