One bedroom is 1700 $ a month. In that location 1700 is way too much. Why? I tell you why. I was expecting 1200 $ everything included. Everytime you go out it remind you TV show called "Walking Died". How do my kids will go school? Are those kids going to be from these junkies? What, my child will learn from those kinds ? how to use Drug! ? Come on guys 1700 $

I actually worked here and tried to make things better but this company doesn't care. They could've prevented a horrible thing from happening if they listened to me a month before it happened when I noticed a tenant acting erratic . Now I gotta live with this horrible situation in my head ? Also Full of roaches , mice and bedbugs .

I've been here less than one week and i catched 2 mice in the kitchen! Update: after a year of living there I caught 5-6 mice and they couldn’t find any solution for that. Don’t get fooled by the nice renovations there.

water is constantly shut off, they will issue you eviction notices even if you have paid rent. will constantly ticket your car even though it is registered. multiple entries into suite during COVID-19 pandemic for no clear reason. leasing manager yells at you when you give notice to move out. zero stars.

I live here. Neighborhood is okay but right now the bldg is under renovations and it is insane living here. Power out a least once a week, water shut off once a week. Heavy duty construction noise at least 8 hours a day. Working from home can be difficult to say the least and I am home permanently now working. You need a lot of will power some days not to scream out loud. Not that anyone would hear you over the drilling all, hammering and concrete being chipped away

I wish I could give Metcap living a 0 out of 5. Don’t ever live in a Metcap run building. They do not care for their tenants health or wellbeing. Overpriced Rat and bug infested apartments is the only thing you will get from them. Turn around and run.

Alright. so this review is going to be lengthy since I want to put out everything thats going on right now in this building. No new tenants shall go through this without knowing it. 1 - Management: Management members Samar and Pauline are beyond rude. The would never answer the call, they will never accommodate any requests and will always find a way to give an excuse. They also keep on shifting the blames on other people. Basically, if you raise an issue to them, its not going to get resolved. Honestly, security guards will provide you a better answer than these two. Once I complained about some drilling going in the lobby outside of my door and Pauline literally kept on lying that there is no drilling going until I forced her to come upstairs and see it for herself. Then she gave an excuse that she will not talk to me since I am not a lease holder but just an occupant. 2 - Construction: I want to start by saying that I got a great deal here and I am paying less than average rent. However, the construction noise is unbearable. They say that they will keep it low and they are trying their best but OHHH MY GODDDDD...it feels like they are drilling on my head. Secondly, the constructions hours mentioned 9-5, however, they start drilling at 8AM and keep on doing it till 6-6:30 PM. Many residents have complained multiple times but again, no luck! Secondly, I dont understand why they are renovating both the building at the same time. Why not put all the constructions workers to work on 1 building and once completed, work on second building. This way residents will be inconvenienced for a lesser amount of time. 3 - Services: Lets start by lift service. Out of 3 lifts, 1 is assigned to contractors for constructions. They are supposed to use it in between 9-5, however, they occupy it from 8-7. Out of the remaining 2, almost everyday, there is an issue with 1 of them. They are hardly able to provide 1 lift amongst 200+ units. Swimming pool is closed for some reason since 1 year. Half of Washers and Dryers dont work properly. The laundry card reload machine does not accept cards most of the time so I have to wander around looking for cash. 4 - Security: I have seen homeless people smoking and doing drugs on side of the building (inside of building premises). Not sure what and if management is doing anything about this. 5 - Fire Alarm Testing: Every week (literally every single week) they will put up notices saying that there is going to be a MONTHLY fire alarm testing. I swear it is definitely not monthly since I have been keeping a track of days that they are doing the testing. Conclusion - If you are someone who works from home or is at home during regular business hours, you definitely should not consider living in this building. If you are someone who can afford to spend a little more on rent, there are better options available.

No accountability from the management, the security doors in the laundry room have been broken for moths with a big sign saying "do not close". The security is just a bunch of kids playing dress up whenever something happens they run away. Building is full of anti-maskers that will assult or threaten you when you ask them to put a mask on in the elevator. We keep getting kicked out of our unit for the never ending construction, every morning we wake up to drilling at 8am. Trying to get help or answers from the management is a waste of time. Place is too expensive for his kind of treatment and quality.
