★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De un, lorsque j'ai écrit pour des informations sur la procédure pour avoir une estimation pour du lettrage, la personne n'a rien compris et croyait que j'offrais nos services pour du lavage de vitres... pffff... Ensuite, j'ai dû retourner un courriel car je n'obtenais aucune réponse. Ensuite, un appel téléphonique m'a suffi pour constater de l'arrogance de la personne au téléphone, de son manque de professionnalisme et je me suis dit que le service serait fort probablement pareil à cette attitude. Une simple demande de lettrage et de givrage est devenue compliquée et que du picossage au téléphone. Alors, nous avons laissé tomber et nous avons fait appel à des professionnels qui se déplacent, peu importe le prix... et qui savent répondre aux clients...
 From one, when I wrote for information on the procedure to have an estimate for lettering, the person did not understand anything and believed that I offered our services for window cleaning ... pffff ... Next I had to return an email because I got no answer. Then, a phone call was enough for me to notice the arrogance of the person on the phone, his lack of professionalism and I told myself that the service would probably be similar to this attitude. A simple request for lettering and icing has become complicated and pecking on the phone. So we gave up and we used professionals who travel, no matter the price ... and who know how to respond to customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais besoin de refaire les adresses d'un immeuble , c'était compliqué car l'espace est restreint et il me faut des plaques sur mesures . J'ai fait quelques appels chez d'autres compétiteurs et j'étais déçu car le prix était exagéré . En appelant à cette place , j'ai apprécié la courtoise des employés et le service est impeccable . Le prix est honnête et le produit est de qualité . Je recommande fortement cette petite entreprise familiale !!
I needed to redo the addresses of a building, it was complicated because the space is limited and I need custom plates. I made a few calls to other competitors and was disappointed because the price was exaggerated. By calling this place, I appreciated the courteousness of the employees and the service is impeccable. The price is fair and the product is quality. I highly recommend this small family business !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to print on a 3x3 inch piece of metal. When I got the product it was a piece of metal with a sticker glued in front for 70$ I could have done that myself for 20$ rip off..

I needed a sign for my meeting rooms and some vynil prints for my glasses, they took care of my order very fast and the installation was very well done. I highly recommend their services.
