★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I can't explain what went wrong. For no reason, in the middle of our order, correspondance stopped. We tried calling, emails and reminders, no answers or calls returned.
I asked for a cancellation of our order, but no acknowledgment either. Since our canvas and high resolution pictures were sent, I assumed our material was destroyed and not used, but again I can't confirm that.
I am still wondering what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your printing done, their retail location was closed because of covid but they still delivered it to me, I didn't know much about what files to use and send, they took the headache out for me and took care of everything! I got my kids birthday party backdrop done on time, definitely would go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had used them for awards and trophies for our annual basketball tournament as the one we used to deal with had closed down. These guys did an amazing job and served me very well on that side. For printing, we had always relied on another company who had messed up our order this time and we had no where to go as everyone was closed on Sunday. I had sent out so many e-mails Saturday night to many print shops and Rasiah was the only one who had replied to my e-mail late night and confirmed that he will accommodate us although he is closed on Sunday. He was able to do such an amazing job with such a short nice. I am really impressed with the way he runs shop. Your always welcomed here, its like your family. I will surely being doing all my projects with him.
