★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to print a document. They take forever, print something different than you ordered and charged $5 for 2 color pages which is twice what I’ve paid in other places. Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got here and very rude to me. I had colors as 5dollor minimum before and now they raised to 10 out of a sudden and not even tell me they raised price. And tell me to scram if in not taking. Go somewhere if you dont want to have this rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My project got left behind in an uber so I emailed them a link from Nashville to see if they could print it in a rush. By the time my plane landed in New York they had messaged me that they could. That was a huge relief. When I got to Montreal they had it ready. Extremely polite and excellent service, and the rush job didn’t come with an extra charge; it was actually cheaper than the one I left behind. Note that it’s tricky to find. Google will tell you you’re there when you’re on the street in front of Best Buy, but you have to go in. You go in by the atm and take the elevator in the back to the third floor. They’re to the left as you come out of the elevator hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally, I really enjoyed my experiences with this printing studio, friendly service, great prints. But today, I retract all previous opinions for the following:
1. Responses took too long to process the order. (especially being they were leaving for a vacation soon).
2. I specifically asked for the quality difference between their two printers and was not answered appropriately.
3. When I arrived at the studio, originally greeted with smiles, which turned vicious when I pointed out 50% of my order was too dark. The owner verbally abused me for a good 10 minutes yelling in the storefront, I had to ask him multiple times to calm down, and that I wasn't upset, I just wanted to sort out our next step. The assistant did nothing to calm his boss who was in the wrong of screaming at me. I was pressured into accepting the quality as is... even though my order was unusable and was a waste of $150+. (The assistant gave me one of the file orders for free... which was nice... but not much).
4. After having got home after this horrid experience... I find that 90% of the prints are entirely unusable. The trimming was all offset, the bleed margin mark is still there, white all exposed on the sides.. again offset. This was not due to a lower quality printing... this was the fault of whoever was cutting them. Not paying better attention to what they were doing.
If they had reviewed their job, they would have seen the error. And in a professional setting, they would have notified me of the error and reprinted the order which "only took an hour" quoting the owner who insulted their own work in the process.
I am requesting a full refund. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a printing studio in over 10 years.
