★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped using this company months ago due to the stinky cars and the outdated car seats. Only making this rating so people are aware, I do not drive myself but I know enough to know that; before pulling out of a drive way your to check your rear view mirrors... Well my son was nearly run over today by a mercury taxi driver. What makes it worse, When I called in to relay my concerns there was no apology nothing. Just another reason I will never use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab company I have ever used. Zero reliability. Call for HOURS after 6pm, no one answers. Literally NO one picks up the phone. Call and ask to be picked up at a specific address at a specific time--they don't show up. Even worse--their in-town competitor is no better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No debit machines, no glass between the front and back seat. They obviously didn't get the memo there's a pandemic going on. You're better off walking then using this cab service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful gentleman driver who was super accommodating to my request but I was very disappointed that there were no COVID protocols put in place. Driver did not wear a mask ( it was hanging in mirror) and no plexi glass up ( and he was coughing). He seemed pretty busy so I'm sure there was no cleaning in between passengers.
Note: cash only!
I think company should consider pandemic protocols but otherwise good company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped off majorly. Charged me $30 for a cab yesterday and today I went with Central, went to the exact same places and the fare total was $18! Absolutely insane. They just make up prices as they go, shameful
