M	Manfred Vollmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our way from NS to ON we had a problem with the ABS, ESP, tire sensors and cruise control on our Sprinter / Motorhome and hoped that Mercedes Benz de Quebec could help us. We arrived this morning at 7:30am and were friendly welcomed by Frédéric Dumas from the service department. He took immediately care of us and within 3 hours we had our Sprinter back in working order. Frédéric also provided us with a private room, where we could wait and relax with our 2 cats. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional service by Mercedes and Frédéric and can highly recommend this outstanding performance. Merci beaucoup!
N	Noel Bonnici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are buying a Sprinter, especially for a camper van conversion, you MUST talk to Jean-Noel Champagne at Mercedes-Benz Quebec. We had to do our purchase "remotely" due to COVID and due to short inventory supply. Jean-Noel gave us top-notch advise to chose the right vehicle with the right options, he gave us frequent follow-up during the ordering and delivery process and he even referred us to a local shop to undergo the van conversion. Will consider buying there again any time.

He gave very quick attentive service, and went out of his way to accommodate every request I had. No pushy service, and they really know their stuff about out-of-province sales. It was a fun buying experience and you can't say that about many car dealers. If you want honesty and great prices, I'd highly recommend them!

I spent 3hours waiting for them to tell me that they couldn't honor the warranty because a motorhome part was responsible. It took another 3 hours with me begging for my car back to get out of there. The entire experience was nothing you would expect from a Mercedes dealership. *note: to be fair they did also end up handling a recall but the time allotted for the was to be an hour I believe.

Then i made contact with a Mr. Simon Rousseau and he helped me bring the car back to perfect condition (paint correction etc.), as well as purchase and ship the vehicle back here to BC over some phone calls and test messages. Thank you so much Mercedes-Benz de Quebec, i could not have imagined a better experience when remotely purchasing a vehicle especially of this caliber.
