★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you did not sign a lease with this landlord yet, my advice to you stay away from him. If you are current tenant, my advice to you when you decide to leave, this landlord will do his best to take as much money as he can from your security deposit for no reason. Therefore, go to the court , and I guarantee that you will get your money back as I did.
Finally, it was the worst experience I have ever had with a landlord in this country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud!The landlord was awful, the experience was awful, the fridge and all the appliances were awful, I saw lots of insects in the apartment and even all over the corner of the building. Just pay attention. Hardy will charge you for no reason. If you see their ads just put them into trash. I think being homeless is better than renting from this holding that will just take your money.

He is horrible to rent from i was in an abusive relationship and wanted out of my lease and went to go break my lease back in November and he wouldn't let me.i stayed there because I thought I had to and than my ex walked out in the lease in February and left me with the tent and I wasn't able to his half hmessages him and let him know that I needed to break my lease because he walked out on me . He waited a few few weeks to see if my ex would pay the half or I would I want able to just didn't have the money he then gave me 3 days to get out when I was working he actually came to my door to intimidate me. He wasn't very nice about this at all and now after he evicted me he is now asking for the remaining amount of rent which I have in an email him telling me to get out. Not a nice person at all. He went let you get out of your lease even had to because you are in an abusive relationship. He just tells you to stay and live through it. If you are going to sign a lease with this guy run. He isnt fair at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience! I lived in one of their buildings for several years. Whenever anything needed to be repaired, it was done promptly. The hallways and building were always clean, and the grounds well maintained. Very good to deal with. They went out of their way to be helpful and provide good service. When I vacated my suite, my damage deposit was refunded in full (of course I did leave it clean). Never had a problem with these folks, I would highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muftah Muftah is an extremely hateful person, I used to neighbor him. On one occasion I said good morning to him and he responded with spitting directly on my door! (which I complained needed to be repainted and it was in the same day!) shortly after this I got news Muftah Muftah was evicted. Muftah Muftah only had one emotion.. Hate. Don't be fooled people these low rating are the works of the hateful Muftah Muftah, look for yourself all the one star reviews are complete new FAKE accounts. I am honored to call this building home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We froze over the winter because they would not fix the heater, there was a fire once that broke out in the dryer while I was trying to do laundry (facilities there are awful) because they would not clean the lint filter, or do much of any other maintenance on the place. I had problems with a lot of things here. Avoid it at all costs, trust me you’d be better off renting from a private landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reputable, good, solid company. Buildings and grounds are kept in excellent condition. Reasonable rents, quiet apartments. We felt very safe living there. They were constantly doing upgrades on the buildings and suites. Whenever we needed something repaired, it was done in a day. No problems what so ever with heat, or water. Would definitely rent from this company again.
