★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to my old doctor, she is a saving grace. She is kind, understanding, honest, and even funny. She will let you know everything you need to know about whatever you are discussing or is wrong with you. She helped me get over a serious double ear infection that lasted a two grueling months professionally and safely. I never doubted her for a second. I see people from all walks of life as people are patients or just walk ins, and it's a breath of fresh air. The staff are always bubbly if not at the very least kind. My father goes Ito her husband, whom is also a doctor at the clinic. I would recommend her or her husband if you are looking for a family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude! Outside says walk-in, and accept new patients. She woman refused service. With no explanation except that there is no walk-in and NO they are not accepting new patients. Closed the door on me mid sentence. Will never go there again. Went to queenston walk in they we kind and extremely helpful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming to Melvin Medical Clinic. Their facility is clean and their staff are very friendly. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Al-Rifai, she is an amazing chiropractor. She always addresses all my concerns and I always leave the clinic feeling better than when I arrive. I also get physiotherapy treatments with Priyanka, she always ensures that you are comfortable and that your healing process goes smoothly. The staff are very professional and attentive. I will highly recommend this clinic!
