He provided thorough and thoughtful answers to all of our questions regarding specifics of real estate. Cameron took the time to understand our needs (even when we didn't necessarily know them ourselves) and helped us sort through the complexities of finding an appropriate, affordable home. He was considerate of both our immediate needs and future planning and took these into consideration to help us with our purchase decision. We began our hunt while the real estate market was quite hot and Cameron supported us fully during this period of fast-paced listings and sales. Whenever there was a time he was not available for us, he made sure that a team member was able to accommodate our schedules and get us into houses before they were gone. Cameron made appropriate educated recommendations for us to make offers based on our tolerance for risk and supported us when we lost out on multiple offer scenarios. The purchase of our home would not have been possible without Cam's guidance, and I greatly appreciate his expertise and care during this important part of our lives.
