J	Jim Whitesell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a very pleasant experience. The hosts were warm and friendly, the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. Started with the clam chowder; it was good, although a bit different that what I've ever had. I would rate it 5 stars. The Chicken Penne Alfredo was a generous helping; the Alfredo sauce was very good. The only reason I'm deducting a star for this review is because the chicken was overcooked. It was a bit on the dry side and not as tender as it should be. UPDATE: We were back and had the Chicken Penne Alfredo again. This times the chicken was cooked perfectly - most and tender. Changing my rating to 5 stars. The Risotto Marinara was tasty and spiced just right, with ample portions of calimari, prawns, and mussels. For desert, be sure to try the Bananas Foster. The presentation was wonderful, and the dessert flawless.

So friendly & accomodating. Some of my favourite meals include the ribeye steak and chicken & mushroom fetticini. The mushroom risotto is to die for. And of course we end every meal with the scrumptious banana foster dessert. Sundays brunch from 10am- 2pm are also a affordable, delicious way to start an easy relaxing sunday :) We will keep coming back to Bistro!

Plus portions need to be big ones if we talk about pasta!!! Plus i didn’t get no bread so ?? I had spaghetti a la Putanesca and was perfectly cooked! Will visit one more time and if portions still same will be my last time there.

We have eaten in pre-COVID and have done take Out post-COVID. To get straight to the point- the food is always on point and the quality is always high. The staff are very friendly and appreciative, and ensure you are well taken care of dine-in or take-out. This is not a restaurant you would expect in a small town whatsoever and is definitely a gem and must try here in town ?! The lamb ? is my favorite along with the mac and cheese ?- you will not be disappointed ❤.

The menu was such that I wanted to test a little of everything, but settled on the Chicken Stir fry with Cashews. It was excellent and my wife's wrap was perfect. The food looked and tasted delicious with servings a little bigger than we needed (which is way better than a little smaller than we wanted). The service was great and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were not rushed along to make room for the next customer so we were able to relax and enjoy the experience. We will be back. The Bistro Di Madre Piccola will be our go to place when entertaining friends and guests.
