★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were interested to view a property and inquired about a viewing. Dawn offered to show us the property if we were unrepresented and not working with a realtor. When we said we did have a realtor but they would be unable to join us for the initial viewing because it is a 2 day journey and 8 hours of driving for she refused to show us the property and said it was not worth her valuable time.
If you have a listing with Dawn be aware that she is refusing to show properties to interested buyers. Her email responses are attached.
