However, they were willing to charge me 1500 plus tax to fix my cars control arm and wheel bearing. I had taken it to another mechanic who told me the frame was so rusted it was not safe to drive and he had a very hard time finding a solid part in the frame to life the car up. Meineke just had mine lifted up so they would have had the same problem, yet they were going to let me drive an unsafe car AND pay them over 1000 to fix parts that were broken on it. That is not good customer service and I definitely will not be back!

After checking the tech Rob told me that the oil is still good for another couple of thousand km at least. Maybe the last oil changer forgot to reset the gauge. So they didn't change the oil and didn't charge me anything. Highly impressed with their honesty!

We brought my sons first car in for a safety, a used Mercedes C350, and they found a couple of issues. They explained everything, provided us options and repaired the car. They are extremely accommodating and always work with my schedule. They appreciate your business and treat as such. For as much as I hate dealing with car issues, it's always a pleasure to deal with Meineke staff. Theresa
S	Sylvie Muscat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped around to have my Daughter's car fixed...(brake lines needed replacing) I should mention that my husband is quite mechanical and knows a heck of a lot when it comes to car repairs and how mechanic's works, meaning how cars are put together and so forth! ...he would have and could have done this repair, himself, unfortunately time and space (hoist) are always an issue for him to do the work. Ok, I understand that automotive repair shops are going to suggest to do more work needed than what you ask for, if it merits the work, and in our case it did, but we explained a head of time that my husband was quite capable of doing the added work needed, himself; we just need a quote on what unfortunately he couldn't do, as mentioned (brake lines). Therefore, after further discussion they/we agreed to do the job! $1,000+ paid after the job was completed, and I took the car home. My husband inspected and felt, strongly felt the lines were not bled properly, very spongy, and making a "swish" sound when brakes were applied. Again my husband knows! Took it back and they "of coarse" said there was nothing wrong! We beg to differ! And I felt very betrayed because as I mentioned I did shop around and decided to use this place, because I felt they were honest and respectful of what I only wanted repaired! Still on the fence about this whole situation! And giving a better rating. First impression "great" now... not so sure!
