★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lawyer Osgood makes you do a lot of his work that he then bills you. Osgood was fired for not telling me he & other lawyers would first take overbilled $40K fees leaving dependent adult with nothing. Keep your document originals as they hold them ransom - never got back ours even after paying then firing. Later refuses to return follow up calls. Beware!
