Especially when the service is bad
The guy clerk was so rude that he use the back of his hand to push the bag of take out to client. 0for manners. Attitude was very bad as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a popular but overrated desert place in my opinion. very pricey but a good desert to share with friends or families. we got the mochi shaved ice, not too bad. condensed milk flavoured ice with lots of coconut sprinkles. shared among 3 people and we were all very full by the end. lots of people in this place so no physical distance is applied. very crowded even if there are take out

Same with other people share, the service was very bad.
The clerk guy was rude! Overall, not recommended this place.
That’s too many places are better service than here.
If you spend money and got bad service that effect your mood, what’s the point right?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only come here for the shaved ice condense milk with red beans. $14.65 CAD. The best compared to other dessert shops in Richmond but a bit over priced. Quick service. Sometimes you get more or less of an item depending on who makes it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not the best judge of traditional Taiwanese desserts but I have had better in Richmond.
I think my biggest disappointment was the Mochi. It was much smaller and it didn’t warrant the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience, hot tofu pudding and Mochi combo. The hit tofu pudding is good to enjoy on a cold day but not enough red bean or almond as the image on the menu. Would have been 4 stars if the tables were cleaned. The floor felt sticky as well.
