From the first meeting I was treated very well and I was given so much information. Mavricio my MedPro Consultant walked me through every aspect of my ResMed air sense10 and the support team helps in every aspect no questions go unanswered. My appointments were handled quickly and efficiently,. Pritika was a pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, very helpful and informative as well answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was uninformed or asking silly questions. I highly recommend MedPro Respiratory Care.

Waited over a month for an appointment, upon showing up i was told my appointment was not in their system. After sitting around for 20 minutes I was informed the person who my appointment was with is no longer there and somebody should have called me to reschedule. Nobody called me and now I have to go back to my family doctor to get another refferal. Incompetence is unacceptable and I will never deal with medpro ever again.

I received a confirmation text message 24 hours before the set appointment. My husband drove to the surrey office only to be told he doesn't actually have an appointment. The front desk lady told him there wasn't anything they could do. Even though it was a mess up on their part. The lady his appointment was scheduled with the wasn't there that day and they didn't call and inform him or reschedule. Instead they said they left him a message, but they had the wrong number and it was to some business voicemail. Instead of double checking the phone number with the doctor, they turned my husband around and told him to go back to the doctor's office for ANOTHER referral. Referrals take forever to go through!! He tried really hard to talk to someone in charge but the guy in charge, Gerry, wouldn't even give my husband the time of day to chat with him. I chatted with Gerry, gave him the correct phone number for my husband and then Gerry told my husband "this is it. Take it or leave it". Now my husband has to reschedule other appointments and obligations for the day. The people working here are incompetent, rude, and unorganized. EDIT - After speaking to someone in head office, my husband got an appointment that worked well for him. He did exactly as he was told with the machine. He wore it and returned the machine the next day. When he was there, he asked, "so, this is good? You don't need me for anything else?" They told him this was it. He got home and someone from the clinic called him and said "You have to come back. We do not have enough data." We are so DONE and FED UP with MedPro and their incompetence. Don't bother with them and don't waste your time here!

Right from calling the toll free number and getting connected immediately to the Surrey Office, the service was impressive. Amanda was cheerful and professional. Best of all the article I needed was in stock. I highly recommend.
