Several times over the years I have found myself needing her guidance and sometimes it was just her listening to me while I sounded out my own solutions. She has a wealth of understanding and experience with different therapy modalities and she is intuitive in seeing where you’re at and offering just the right support - whether it’s holding space, giving much needed compassion and acceptance to the wounded parts of you, or nudging you to go deeper.
