★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troisième visite aujourd’hui pour mon orthèse tibiale et toujours un excellent service. J’avais endommagé l’orthèse en étant un peu trop rapide lorsque je la mettais ?. L’orthésiste monsieur Rachid Gadiri a réparé le tout sans frais et comme lors des deux autres visites, il m’a prodigué d’excellents conseils et des encouragements relatifs à l’évolution de mon problème de pied tombant.
 Third visit today for my shin brace and still excellent service. I had damaged the orthosis by being a little too fast when I put it on. The orthotist, Mr. Rachid Gadiri, repaired everything at no cost and as on the other two visits, he provided me with excellent advice and encouragement regarding the development of my foot drop problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malheureusement, après avoir consulter finalement une podiatre, la pointure proposée n était pas la bonne, de plus n ayant pas porter les chaussures ,la politique de retour exigeait la boîte, ce que je n avais plus, donc une perte de $300.
Unfortunately, after finally consulting a podiatrist, the proposed size was not the right one, moreover not having worn the shoes, the return policy required the box, which I no longer had, therefore a loss of $300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about incompetence! We were there for an elbow sling and Mr. Rachid Gadiri spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to put the sling on while reading the instruction manual. At some point I found a video on YouTube to show Mr. Gadiri the proper way to install it. He then fiddled with the sling and knocked the fractured elbow at exactly where it`s broken. No apology whatsoever. If I could give zero star I would!
