N	Ninjozata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always make an appointment, morning before 11am is usually a little less busy, it's unreasonable to expect immediate attention at this sort of clinic. The receptionists and Dr I see are all wonderful, kind and patient and professional. If you come after 2pm for walk in it may not be possible to see a Dr due to wait times.

Years ago when I started going to this clinic the wait time was very short and was able to get an appointment quickly. Nowadays the wait time can be 3-4 hours and to get an appointment can take 2 weeks or more .
A	Alleah Boisvert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Youakim is my new primary doctor and he's been great so far. I find him to be very non-judgmental and patient which are both important qualities for me when finding a doctor, especially as a woman. The receptionists have also been kind and welcoming!

Called again this morning to inquire about whether or not some info/prescription recommendation was relayed to their clinic by my psychiatrist. A different receptionist answered and was super rude and seemed super irritated that I was even asking. Makes me not want to call back or ask questions regarding my own medication and health. Edit: my appointment was scheduled yesterday (Easter) and I called the clinic to confirm that it was actually that day because it seemed weird to have it booked on a holiday. Got a message recording that the clinic was indeed closed. No big deal, scheduling mistakes happen so I call today and explain what happened to the receptionist. She seemed almost angry that I had the audacity to ask for another appointment. This employee is absolutely awful and makes people scared to even call the clinic.

Been trying to contact the clinic to reschedule my wife's appointment for 2 days now and their phone system has been saying that the are close but it's been during their business hours. Tried to get through reception using 221 option and it say it's unavailable. Checked option 2 to check the doctors available for the day and the date says a couple of days ago. I guess nobody bothered to update the system to direct the calls properly... for 2 days? There's no way to reach this clinic other than physically going there.
D	Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for several years now and I've always had a good experience overall, far better than other medicentres I've been to. Experiences with the doctors vary, but the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful/efficient. I have always felt like they did their best to help me and make sure I got what I needed from the visit. The on-site pharmacist is also very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Getting through to a receptionist seems impossible these days & I never recieved a call back like it said I would after leaving my name, number & reason for calling. Definitely switching once my doctor retires. The doctor I see is fine. I guess depending on what day/week you're calling it depends on who is the receptionist if you get good service or not.
S	Stuart Maytum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hugely disappointed with the weekday receptionists! Tried to book my young daughter an appointment with her doctor and they decided she could not attend the clinic without a negative Covid-19 test. Gave her two rapid test, waited another day for them to reopen, took her in on Sunday, no problem. Bought it up with the doctor and he stated "that's really bad, that should not be happening, they are not Doctors. I would have seen her" The receptionists doing triage apparently on their own!
