Elle est aussi entourée d'une très bonne équipe. I have always appreciated the professionalism of Dr Morency. She takes the time to explain things to us and her treatments are always a success. She is also surrounded by a very good team.

Je ne regrette rien et je serais heureuse de recommencer immédiatement.. Ce procédé est sans douleur et on voit rapidement les résultats. Cela fait maintenant 3 mois et j'ai refait les photos post traitement. Je n'en revient tout simplement pas, les résultats sont vraiment à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je vais peut-être en faire un 2e selon la suggestion de l'infirmière de la clinique. Le résultat est tout simplement extraordinaire et le personnel de la clinique mérite un 5 étoiles. I looked for my little post pregnancy belly that resists all. I made a first processing Coolsculpting. It's been 3 months and I redid photos post processing. I simply do not return the results are really up to my expectations. I will maybe make a second as suggested by the clinic nurse. The result is simply amazing and the clinic staff deserves 5 stars.

Ça ne n'empêche pas d'exprimer ma satisfaction à l'égard de la Docteure Morency et son équipe! Enfin! je recommence à aimer ce que je vois dans mon miroir. Ma couperose et ma rosacée ne seront qu'un mauvais souvenir et, loin derrière moi, grâce aux bons soins et au suivi de ces belles personnes! Je vous recommande sans hésiter Magnolia! I tried by all means to change the address of my boyfriend for mine: not possible !!! The computer does not want! That does not prevent me from expressing my satisfaction with Doctor Morency and her team! Finally! I start to like what I see in my mirror again. Je me sens à l’aise d’aller à cette clinique car il me rassure et sont toujours disponible avec mes nombreuses questions. Un merci à la réception pour leurs conseils et soutien. Le service est à la hauteur des attentes et les prix sont compétitif!! I always have excellent service, the staff is ALWAYS courteous and does not try to sell us products or treatment that does not suit us. I feel comfortable going to this clinic because they reassure me and are always available with my many questions. A thank you to the reception for their advice and support. The service is up to expectations and the prices are competitive!!

C'est la seule clinique ou il faut payer ce genre de frais et ce même si vous êtes un cliente fidèle depuis plusieurs années... Pensez-y...? Des frais des frais et encore des frais et en plus on doit payer le stationnement....Bravo!!! De plus la réceptionniste Carole nous parle d'un ton des plus condescendant. Bravo Carole quelle belle approche... Whenever you want to have treatment done, there are always consultation fees of $50, $75... This is the only clinic where you have to pay this kind of fee, even if you are a loyal customer for several years... Think about it...? Fees, fees and more fees and on top of that we have to pay for parking....Bravo!!! In addition, the receptionist Carole speaks to us in a most condescending tone. Congratulations Carole what a beautiful approach...
G	George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad client service, i made a free consultation with the technician for the treatment of coolsculpting, she gave me the prices for the package of 4 sessions, then i fixed an appointment. on the day of treatment they asked me to pay before starting the treatment, no problem for that, but i was notified with different price for the treatment,. when i asked why there is a difference between the prices i informed at the consultation day, they answered may be the technichin made a mistake!!! so i asked to talk with her but the lady in the front office said sorry she is in a vacation for a week.so asked to talk with the manager of the place but the answer was also doctor elizabeth is in a vacation also & we can not call her. so what is the solution now!!?? answer we have nothing to do for you if you want to cancel the session today it's up to you!!!!( i took this day off from my work to have my treatment) the lady of front office said i will make a note in your file so when the doctor or the technician came back next week they will call you to discuss this error. i paid full amount around 2750$ staying in the clinique for about 3 hours without asking me if i need a cup of water!!! i also forget to take my receipt of payment before leaving the clinic, so i called them on the same day more than 3 times asking to send me my invoice by mail. finally i passed more than 2 months from date of the first session & nobody called me either for the wrong price information they said to me or for following client after treatment. is 2750 are not worth enough to have good client service!!!!!!!
