★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using the Abak 360 software for over a year now, we like the web interface and using the software. However, the customer service is terrible. It often takes more than a month to get a response from them. Any custom templates have required several weeks to months to get done, it is very frustrating to deal with them and we have lost a lot of time due to this.
