L'infirmière lui a injectée et ce à 4 reprises un anasthésiant sans même jamais attendre entre les injections pour que ça gèle. Durant l' opération, après environ 25-30 minutes, l'infirmière praticienne dit qu'elle devra refermer sans enlever le kyste cas il y a présence d'un vaisseau sanguin sur son chemin et que l'enveloppe capsulaire du kyste est trop implanté et que ce serait dangereux de poursuivre. Je lui dit: vous deviez avoir vu tout ça sur l'échographie et elle me répond "elle avait passé une échographie?". Pour faire une histoire courte, elle a ouvert la main de ma fille sans même lui demander sa liste de médicaments, ni aucun questionnaire sur ses antécédents où histoire médicale, sans aller voir les examens que ma fille avait passé avant l'opération soit une échographie, une radiographie, . . donc à l'aveugle pour finir par refermer le tout et lui causer une douleur supplémentaires à ce qu'elle avait à l'arrivée sans parler de la cicatrice. De plus en refermant la plaie avec des points elle a nommer " l'orthopediste ne sera pas content de voir que j'ai ouvert ça". J'ai pris un rendez-vous pour me faire évaluer mon bras, le médecin m'a même pas toucher pour m'évaluer, il l'a simplement tourné sa tablette de mon côté pour me montrer ce que j'avais, (une tendinite). Donc 5 min et 250$ plus tard j'étais déjà partie. En plus que sa pris 5min dans sa prescription il c'est tromper de bras, à quel point y ma examiner pour de vrai.. par la suite j'ai été voir une physio pour traiter ma tendinite. Après plusieurs vrai test avec la physio elle a conclu que j'ai pas une tendinite. J'essaie de rejoindre la responsable pour discuter avec, ils disent que va personne va me rappeler, jamais aucun retour d'appel. Bref je trouve qu'il a un manque de professionnalisme.
