★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I called after spending the weekend with no car due to the frigid cold. MEC got a driver here within an hour, hooked up my dead car, and delivered it to the mechanics. The gentleman on the phone was so polite, so kind, and so willing to understand the situation I was in. I will 100% be using MEC Towing in the future and letting anyone who needs a tow know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck died out off the simonette road in an oilfield. I called MEC and they got out to us in good time and managed to get my truck loaded despite the battery being dead and stuck in gear. Then got my truck back into town to fountain tire to get diagnosed.
I would call them again if am broke down in the middle of nowhere.
Friendly, professional folks, that know their stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our hauler got a flat around 17:30, about 18mins NW of Valleyview when we tried to free the nuts, only 3 would budge, we called around and they quoted us the right price and time. As they had the best to offer, we awaited their arrival. The driver was courteous and the dispatcher was knowledgable. Before you know it our blown tire was replaced with our backup tires, and we were ready, all in less than an hour, lucky timing they were free enough to be our saviors. Five stars and 2 Thumbs up from us. Thanks MEC. I wanted to add, anyone who does reads this should know, I am so glad to see a company who bases their business model around customer service vs making money. Too many companies cut corners wherever and whenever. Seems like they treat their staff with the same integrity. Bravo. Ps... they did have Debit payment, on the roadside. Very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stranded on the side of Simonette road with my dog and a flat tire. I flagged down a truck and it happened to be MEC towing and transport. The guys graciously changed my tire on the side of the road and asked for nothing in return. These guys literally saved my day and got me on the road within ten minutes
Thank you so much! If I ever have troubles again in that that area I will definitely call you for help!!
