He was dispatched quickly despite a busy call load, was professional and courteous, and stayed with me until my cab came since I was out on the edge of nowhere. I feel very fortunate to have this towing service on the mid-island since I drive the Malahat frequently. Thanks Mike and Mill Bay Towing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected to wait a good amount of time for a tow truck after my cars wheel bearing disintegrated and left me stranded. Wasn't lont at all before Mill Bay Towing Driver Cameron pulled up to save the day. Super helpful fella and extremely good customer service looking to help out in the best way he can with a positive attitude. Appreciate them being there when I needed them and helping out. Price was also lower than I expected so it's an understatement to say their rate is "fair". It's great. All in all very satisfied and would recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company came through when I couldn't get anyone else to tow our oversized truck/camper unit. Not only that, circumstances resulted in our having to go to plan B which meant we had to cancel the tow. Trouble was their truck was already on site north of Duncan and ready to roll. I asked how much we owed and unbelievably the driver replied no charge!! Their service was top notch in every way. I can't give enough positive feedback for this business. Anywhere from Victoria to Nanaimo these are your go to folks for any of their myriad services. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for all your issues while out on our roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had engine probs while travelling last evening about 60 km from home and called Mill Bay Towing on recommendation of a family member; I received exemplary prompt service and the dispatch made sure I had someone to get me home. My vehicle was taken to to my repair shop in Victoria and I received confirmation of what was happening throughout the process. Made my first towing incident an easy one! The driver Mike was very reassuring.
