β β β β β Beautiful townhouses that are in a lovely spot in Maple Ridge. I was really impressed by the spaciousness of the townhouses. Very classy.

β β β β β Horrible president of strata . If you are 5 minutes late moving your car out of visitors parking he will take a picture of your car and fine you. Yet he park 15 to 20mins after himself . The property management has not maintained the yards . Ihad a broken gate for 6 years . They walked thru it every Tuesday.to do maintenence. And never fixed I have no landscaping just large tree trunks protruding out of ground. No grass no garden . Had the strata company fraser vary properties. On March 6th. They said it would be done by end of month I am still waiting . The president also picked on a disabled vet. . I would stay away from this place . I have been her over 10 years and it's time to get out .
