★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially the developer, Kirpa, was great and presented like he cared about the people buying (Stoneridge). Once I moved in it became very clear that he couldn’t care less. His customer service people, which for a while was him, consistently lied about getting work completed. 15 months after completion and several emails about deficiencies, I still have holes in my walls with exposed pipes, laminate floor that is lifting, electrical that doesn’t work, and the list going on! “Customer service” no longer responds - forget getting this completed in the first 12 months as per the contract. All residents are now forced you submit deficiencies through the warranty company who then sends Kirpa to assess what needs to be done. I have owned pre construction before, and renovated my own homes and understand the challenges of construction and contractors but this is the worst experience I’ve had! I would never recommend him as a builder - be very cautious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great place to live. Only one road in and out and it's only getting worse. Summer time is terrible as everyone is parking in your area to go to the river. The trails are nice though.
