★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased in November 2020 and told possession date was Sept 2021. Extended to March 2022 then August 2022. Now they are saying Nov/Dec 2022. While interests rates continue to go up and we are forced to hold onto it a minimum a year or they share in the profits if sold under a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a townhouse in this community in April, 2021. As per the agreement, the handover date was in September,2022. But now there are telling they will hand it over in the late summer of 2023 and they didn't provide an exact date. It's been a year since we booked a townhouse they haven't started our unit yet. I am very unhappy. If anyone wants to take houses in this community. Think about dates.
